Here’s three rather good tips:

1) Everyone who posts leaves an e-mail address [It’s that little underlined name at the top of each post] click on it and reply to the poster directly. This is a lot better than posting a reply saying, “ I’m interested - tell me more”.

2) When you e-mail that person do so in depth - a nice covering e-mail with your up-to-date CV as an attachment (preferably with a photo)

3) If you can’t post your ad on the right board I’m not sure I’d want you as my P.A. !
